Sorry to hear there are no updates with your tracking information. On occasion, some packages aren’t scanned correctly by the shipping carrier when shipped from Knockaround HQ. Try giving the tracking link a business day or so to update. Typically tracking information will update once the package arrives at the local post office of the city it’s being shipped to.
