We’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment if your order was placed within 10 days before a scheduled promotion and the items in your order were not already discounted or part of a promotional offer at the time of purchase.
Customers may request a price adjustment if the price of an item they purchased later decreases. Price adjustments can only be offered when the original order was placed within 10 days of the new, lower price going into effect. The original order must have been purchased at full price with no discounts, promo codes, automatic discounts, or promotions applied. If the order already had any type of discount, offer, or promotion, then a price adjustment cannot be applied.
