Can I Redeem Rewards Points & Discount Codes At The Same Time?
Unfortunately, you cannot combine your rewards points with other discount codes in the same order.
This might be a reason why your discount code and/or rewards points are being automatically removed. If you would like to use rewards points, try removing the discount code and refresh your page.
Additionally, you cannot stack discounts on top of each other. Only (1) discount code may be applied at checkout.
Can I use Rewards Points & Discount Codes while there is an active Promotional Sale?
Rewards Points can be applied during most Promotional Sales. During our big site-wide sales, all discount codes (including rewards points) are not eligible to be used.
