Shipping Information for Knockaround

At Knockaround, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. This includes ensuring that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Timeframes

For most standard orders, shipping may take 5-7 business days depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. However, please allow up to 12 business days for Custom Shop sunglasses to leave our warehouse. It's important to note that during promotions, special releases, holidays, and sales, there may be additional processing time.

Shipping Days and Locations

We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. Rest assured, your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain a tracking number and a link that you can use to track the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Times

The delivery times of your order may vary depending on the carrier. During our busiest times of the year, such as spring, summer, and holidays, it may take longer for your order to arrive. However, we always strive to minimize any delays and get your package to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Options

We offer shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Here are the estimated delivery times for each option:

USPS

• USPS First Class Mail: Arrives about 5-7 business days from the ship date.
• USPS Priority Mail: Arrives about 3-5 business days from the ship date. Orders placed by 10 AM PT will be shipped out the same day.

UPS/FedEx

• FedEx Ground: Arrives about 5-7 business days from the ship date. Orders placed by 12 PM PT will be shipped out the same day.
• FedEx 2nd Day Air: Arrives 2 business days from the ship date. Orders placed by 12 PM PT will be shipped out the same day.
• FedEx Overnight: Arrives 1 business day from the ship date. Orders placed by 12 PM PT will be shipped out the same day.
• In some instances, we may offer free 3-day shipping with USPS. If you qualify for this option, your order will be delivered within 3 business days from when it is shipped from our warehouse.
