Domestic (US Shipping)
Shipping Information
Orders require a 1 to 2 business day processing time at the warehouse to ensure quality and accuracy. During sitewide promotions and holiday sales, processing times may be slightly extended as our team works to pick and prepare all orders.
Custom Shop Orders
Custom Shop sunglasses are hand assembled in our warehouse and require additional processing time before shipment.
Off Peak Season
Custom Shop orders typically require 5 to 7 business days to process before shipping.
Peak Season
During high volume periods such as holiday promotions and major sales, Custom Shop orders may require 10 to 12 business days to process before shipping.
Once your Custom Shop order has been completed and leaves our warehouse, it will follow the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Transit Times
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will fall under these general shipping guidelines:
Standard Shipping
Estimated 3 to 4 business days from the ship date.
Express Shipping
Estimated 1 to 2 business days from the ship date.
During the peak holiday season, carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx experience extremely high package volumes. This can lead to unexpected delays in scanning, transit, and final delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are fully dependent on the carrier.

Do international orders go through customs?
Yes. For most international destinations, we offer DDP—Delivered Duty Paid. This means any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are calculated and paid upfront at checkout, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.
