Processing Time (Non-Custom Shop Orders)

For most standard orders, processing times may vary 1-3 business days from placing the orders.

Processing Time (Custom Shop Orders)

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for Custom Shop sunglasses to leave our warehouse. It's important to note that during promotions, special releases, holidays, and sales, there may be additional processing time.

Delivery Times

The delivery times of your order may vary depending on the carrier. During our busiest times of the year, such as spring, summer, and holidays, it may take longer for your order to arrive. However, we always strive to minimize any delays and get your package to you as soon as possible.

Standard Shipping

• USPS Ground Advantage: Arrives about 5-7 business days from the ship date.

Express Shipping

• UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air: Arrives 2 business days from the ship date.

Shipping Days and Locations

We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in San Diego, CA, with the exception of holidays. Rest assured, your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
