Knockaround Warranty Policy
Our sunglasses are built to bring you fun, fresh styles at prices that won’t break the bank. If you lose a pair or accidentally break them, no worries—you can grab another without stressing your wallet. That said, we want you to love your Knockarounds for the long haul. So if you get a pair with a defect, we’ll make it right.
Purchases from Knockaround.com
Within 12 months of purchase
- If your sunglasses break because of a defect, we’ll send you a replacement pair at no cost.
- To get started, head to our Contact Page and include:
- Your order # or purchaser’s email/full name
- Your current shipping address
- Photos for documentation:
- Clear photo of the defect
- Photo of the sunglasses from the front
- Photo of the inside arm showing the frame style
After 12 months of purchase
- If your sunglasses were purchased on Knockaround.com, you’ll receive a store credit for the amount you paid. To start your claim, go to our Warranty Portal
Purchases from our Authorized Retailers
Head to our Contact Page with the following and we'll take it from there:
- A copy of your receipt (paper or digital)
- Your shipping address
- Photos for documentation (defect, front, inside arm showing style)
Not Covered
- Lost sunglasses
- Accidental damage (sat on, stepped on, run over, etc.)
- International orders
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, or scuffs (we call those badges of honor)
