What's the warranty policy on third party retailer purchases?

If you grabbed a pair from one of our awesome retail partners and something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back. Just send us the info below and we’ll see what we can do:

  •  A copy of your receipt (paper or digital is cool)
  • A few photos of your sunglasses:
    1. One from the front and side
    2. One showing the issue
    3. One showing the frame style printed on the inside arm
  • Your current shipping address (so we know where to help!)

Send everything over to here and our team will take it from there!
