Our sunglasses are built to bring you fun, fresh styles at prices that won’t break the bank. That said, we want you to love your Knockarounds for the long haul. So if you get a pair with a defect, we’ll make it right. Please access to our Returns/Exchange Portal below to initiate a warranty:

After our 45 day Return/Exchange period is over, your shades stay covered with our Lifetime Warranty!
What this warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects under normal use (examples: hinge/spring failure, frame assembly/finish defects, lens coating defects not caused by wear).
- Remedy: Lifetime replacement - one replacement per paid pair.
- You'll be prompted to select the defect reason and submit photos for documentation.
What’s not covered
- Loss or theft
- Accidental damage (sat on, stepped on, run over, heat warping, pet chewing, etc.)
- Normal wear & tear (minor scratches/scuffs)
- Counterfeit goods or purchases from unauthorized sellers
- International orders (see “International & Canada” below)
- Complimentary promo/bonus/free pairs
Purchases from Authorized Retailers
Head to our Contact Page with the following and we'll take it from there:
- A copy of your receipt (paper or digital)
- Your shipping address
- Photos for documentation (defect, front, inside arm showing style)
International orders are not covered under this warranty.
