Here's the summary

- Free returns & exchanges (U.S.) - ALWAYS. (Please note, that shipping charges are not refunded.)
- Refunds to original payment if your return is within 45 days of delivery.
- After 45 days receive exchange or store credit.
- Warranty - lifetime replacement, one per paid pair, for manufacturing defects. Start claims in the same portal, not by email.
While most of our products are eligible to be returned and/or exchanged, the following items are marked as final sale:

* Collaboration Pairs
* International orders

Return | Exchanges | Warranty Details
- Returns/Exchnages - Change of mind / size / color / any defect occuring within 45 day window.
- Refund if ≤ 45 days; otherwise store credit or exchange.
- Lifetime Warranty - Defect past 45 days.
- Qualifies for store credit or exchange.

- Enter your Order Number & Email used for that order.
- Follow prompts.
