  • Returns/Exchnages - Change of mind / size / color / any defect occuring within 45 day window.
    • Refund if ≤ 45 days; otherwise store credit or exchange.
  • Lifetime Warranty - Defect past 45 days.
    • Qualifies for store credit or exchange.

  1. Open the portal: Knockaround Returns & Exchanges Portal
  2. Enter your Order Number & Email used for that order.
  3. Follow prompts.
