What is the Return / Exchange Policy For Prescription Glasses?

All prescription glasses orders placed through Knockaround are final sale (No Exceptions). Due to the customized and made to order nature of our prescription lenses, these will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please keep this in mind when purchasing and if you have questions about sizing or about the product, please check out our Help Center or reach out to our support team at support@knockaround.com.

What is The Warranty For Prescription Glasses?

When it comes to defects with your glasses, we will offer a single replacement for a pair of glasses within 12 months of being purchased if any defects arise. (Keep in mind that scratched lenses are not considered a "defect" and are not eligible for a replacement.)

We ask that you are able to provide the following for us to complete a replacement for a defective pair of sunglasses.

-Order # (Or purchasers name if they were a gift)
-Photo of the sunglasses for documentation purposes
-Confirm a good shipping address

If your order was purchased past the 12 month mark, we will still do our best to assist you based on the situation and work on providing a solution to the issue.

What Do I Do If I’m Experiencing Issues With My Prescription?

Sometimes when you receive a new prescription after wearing a certain prescription for a long while, it can feel weird or off when you first wear your prescription. This feeling can also occur with large changes in prescriptions. We recommend wearing your glasses for at least 2-3 days to a week in your everyday life. Start with them in the early morning to allow your eyes to adjust to the prescription. In our experience, 9 times out of 10 after a few days your eyes will adjust to the new prescription and you should be good to go. If you are still having issues, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@knockaround.com and we can look into this further.

What If My Prescription Glasses Arrive Incorrect or Damaged?

If your glasses arrive damaged, please make sure to take photos of how you received the glasses and reach out to our support team right away at support@knockaround.com. Photos showing any defects / damaged packaging is very important in helping us figure out the issue and how to avoid any issues in the future. We will work on sending a replacement item right away for you with no additional charge. Keep in mind that the replacement item will be the exact same item that was originally purchased, and if there are any issues with glasses being out of stock we will let you know and work on a solution.

Does Knockaround Offer Replacement Prescription Lenses?

Unfortuantely Knockaround does not provide replacement lenses for our prescription glasses. If a defect arises within 12 months of purchasing, you will be able to submit a warranty claim by providing the information mentioned above to our support email at support@knockaround.com. If it is outside of the 12 month warranty window, feel free to reach out to our team and will do our best to work on a solution.
