Can I exchange something?
Yes! You can exchange any of the pairs you paid for — just follow our standard exchange process.
The free pair (which has a $0.00 value) isn’t eligible for exchange or return.
What if I want to return my order?
You can return your BOGO or B2G1 order — but you’ll need to send everything back, including the free pair.
Partial returns aren't allowed for this promo, since the discount depends on the full bundle being returned.
Heads up: If the free pair isn’t returned with your paid items, we won’t be able to process your refund.
