We offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase date. The product must be unworn, unused, and undamaged for a full refund and/or exchange. While most of our products are eligible to be returned and/or exchanged, some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When it comes to defects with your Knockaround products, we will offer a replacement for an item within 12 months of being purchased if any defects arise. If your order was purchased past the 12-month mark, we will do our best to assist you based on the situation and work on providing a solution to the issue.
We ask that you are able to provide the following for us to complete a replacement for a defective item:
-Order # (Or purchasers name if they were a gift)
-Photo of the sunglasses for documentation purposes
-Confirm a good shipping address
