If you are experiencing a defect with your sunglasses and they were purchased from a third party retailer (ex. REI, West Marine, Dicks Sporting Goods, Academy etc.), we ask that you first try to find a solution with the retailer you purchased from. We partner with some amazing retailers who usually offer great customer service when it comes to these types of issues.
If they are not able to assist, please provide the following information and we will see what we can do to help.
-Receipt of purchase (physical or digital receipt)
-Photo of the sunglasses for documentation purposes
1. Photo from the front and side of the sunglasses
2. Photo of the defect
3. Photo of the frame-style printed on the inside arm
-Confirm a good shipping address
Keep in mind our standard warranty is that we will offer a single replacement for a pair of sunglasses within 12 months of being purchased if any defects arise. If your order was purchased past the 12 month mark, we will still do our best to assist you based on the situation and work on providing a solution to the issue.
