How Long Does It Take to Get My Prescription Glasses?

For prescription glasses, we please ask that you allow 1-3 business days for the processing of your order and 3-5 business days for shipping. This timeframe may vary based on your prescription - if you have specific questions or concerns about the time frame please let us know and we can do our best to assist.

Do You Offer Expedited Options?

Expedited shipping / rushed processing options will not be available for prescription glasses at this time - but this is something we are working on offering in the near future. We will make every effort to process your prescription glasses as promptly as possible. Once it leaves the lab, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

What Shipping Company Do You Use to Ship My Prescription Glasses?

All prescription orders will be shipped via standard USPS shipping methods.

Why Does My Order Have Two Tracking Numbers?

When an order is placed for a pair of prescription glasses along with a pair of standard sunglasses, the shipments will be divided up to ensure we can get you your products as soon as possible. Prescription glasses take a bit longer because they are made to order in our lab, so these may take a bit longer to arrive!

How Can I Track My Order/ Get A Status Update?

Once your order ships, you will get an email notification with tracking information that should update as your order makes its way to you.

What If I Need to Make A Change To My Order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to our support team right away at support@knockaround.com and we can see what we can do. Keep in mind that once a prescription order has started processing with our lab, no changes will be able to be made. Always do your best to double check your prescription before placing your order.

My Order Never Arrived / Was Lost in Transit, What Can I Do?

First off, we are so sorry about this. If your order seems to be lost in transit, please reach out to our support team at support@knockaround.com and we will work on getting a replacement order sent.

Do you Ship Prescription Glasses Internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally - all prescription orders must have a U.S based prescription and have a shipping address in the United States.
